13. Dog-walking Service Inclusions and Exclusions
13.1 The Client is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment and supplies needed for the care of their pet(s) including, but not limited to, a sturdy, well-fitted harness and/or collar with required legal identification tag.
13.2 Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking cannot walk intact (unspayed) female dogs while they are in heat/season.

14. Dog-walking Invoicing and Payments
14.1 The Client will be invoiced for services performed on a monthly basis. Invoices will be sent to the client a week before the end of the month for payment by the last day of the month.
14.2 Payment must be made via bank transfer to the Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking account shown on your invoice, by final day of the month.
14.3 Failure to pay by the final day of the month will incur a £10 admin fee, which will be added to the Client’s account on the 1st day of following month.
14.4 If Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking has not received payment from the Client by the 8th calendar day of the following month, interest on the outstanding sum will be charged at £1 per day each day until the sum is paid. Walks may also be suspended until the total is paid.

15. Dog-walking Changes/Cancellations
15.1 If the Client wishes to make a cancellation or change to dog-walking bookings with Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking the Client should notify us by 5pm on the Friday before the week the booking is due to commence.
15.2 Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled services cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service.

16. Dog-walking Termination of Services
16.1 If it becomes necessary for Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking to terminate this contract, we aim to provide a minimum of one week’s notice unless this is due to non-payment, insistence that we act in a manner contrary to our ethics or as a result of actions or negligence by the Client that jeopardise the safety and wellbeing of the Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking Pet Walker/Sitter.

17. Dog-walking Weekend, Bank Holiday and Festive Period Bookings
17.1 Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking services are primarily offered during the working week. If the Client requires services at the weekend, Bank Holidays or during the festive period, the Client understands that this is only offered at the discretion of the Pet Walker/Sitter.
17.2 The Client is asked to check the website or ask their Pet Walker/Sitter for the weekend walk rate. Bank Holiday walks are charged at double time and out of hours (5.00pm - 9am) walks are charged at time and a half.
17.3 Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking is closed for walks for two weeks during the festive period unless by special arrangement with the Pet Walker/Sitter. Walks arranged during the festive period will be charged at double time.
17.4 If the Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking Pet Walker/Sitter takes leave, the Client will be provided with at least two weeks’ notice.

18. Dog-walking Force Majeure
18.1 In the case of force majeure, if a walk/visit has to be cancelled in advance by either the Pet Walker/Sitter or Client, the service will not be charged for. The Client is asked to cancel by 9am on the day, otherwise Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking reserves the right to charge.
18.2 In the case of force majeure, if a walk/visit needs to be cut short Absolutely Awesome Dog Walking will not offer a refund as walks/visits may also sometimes run long, therefore balancing the services provided.
